The unabashed star of the show, in our opinion.
We use strawberry jam as our base, some would say this is not the traditional way but we feel it fits best. Almond frangipane is piped onto the unctuous jam and then finished with flaked almonds pressed ever so delicately into the frangipane filling. This is simplicity in pastry.
All Bakewell tarts are gluten & dairy free and will keep refrigerated for up to 5 days, if they last that long 🫠🤣
