We make a peach compote, with peaches, vanilla & a little sugar. This is our base. The rest is simple - roasted almond meal is turned into a frangipane and layered on top and finished with the sliced peach. Baked gently and glazed with apricot jam. Superbly simple.
Peach & Almond tarts are gluten & dairy free and will keep refrigerated for up to 5 days, if they last that long 🫠🤣
