If you take a tart like the classic pecan, you cannot mess with it too much. It is, in it's simplicity like biting into toffee caramel with pecans. Add to this a few more steps and you have what we have crafted as one of the finest examples of a pecan tart we have ever tasted. Yes, we celebrate to the hilt every success and sometimes with a touch of gold.
There is a tiny introduction of high quality cocoa along with a crumbling of a Joconde sponge that adds texture and weight - they are not overly sweet although made with a caramel of sorts. Amazing in fact and a go to for many - without the disappointment of a pedestrian example of this classic tart.
All Pecan tarts are gluten & dairy free and will keep refrigerated for up to 5 days, if they last that long 🫠🤣
