What started as a way to sell great tarts to our cafe and provide a product that was of a required quality befitting of our regular guests, turned into a longer but anticipated journey into how to do things with the same level of care and dedication but a touch more efficiently when volume is needed.

 

Now we make for more than just our cafe and we love to share the many products with select operators so that each cafe or restaurant or store that stocks these bespoke, high quality products gets the benefit from the commitment they make to us.

Why bother making a product that you have to sell, sell, sell on to make up for the lack of quality that is the foundation of said product ~ it makes no sense and we refuse to play that game.
